This was my third purchase from the Popsewing/Handsewgift sites. I'm very happy with all three bags. The quality is amazing. No blemishes. No imperfections. No loose strings dangling about. Perfectly packaged. The turn lock on this bag is quite a bit looser than the other two. I'm hoping it's not a defect and will not fail as time goes on. Shipping does take several weeks. This bag took longer than the second one even though they were ordered only one day apart. A nice twilly was included with this bag.
Customer service is easily reached via WhatsApp. Just be aware of the time differences and delays in response.
So, I have no complaints unless the turn lock (as I mentioned) fails at some point). You won't regret a purchase...especially considering the price.
